Chef Kenji Ujiie, who has trained at high-class restaurants such as Hotel Okura Tokyo, Akasaka Ark Hills Club, and Restaurant Maestro, creates 300 pieces of gâteau chocolat every day at the main store of KEN'S CAFE TOKYO. The restaurant also offers limited quantities of its gâteau chocolat at "Meika Itshin(which means Top brands)" in Matsuya Ginza B1 and "Zenkoku Meika Sengen(which means Top brands in Japan)" in Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro B1. These treats sell out quickly every day and are known as the best gâteau chocolates in Japan.

Q＆Aをご紹介いたします。
開業を予定されている国で、すでに事業展開されているなど、現地に根付いておられる企業様に限らせていただきます。日系企業、ローカル企業は問いません。
初回のライセンスパートナー契約で、エリアライセンス権をご購入いただきます。金額はご契約いただく国によって異なります。詳細についてはライセンスパートナー募集窓口にお問合せください。その後、日本国内でオープン前研修を受けていただくことになります。
ケンズカフェ東京の運営本部から、商品を購入して貰えれば、ロイヤリティは不要です。
運営本部はオープン後についても、ノウハウ提供やブランドの維持など、サポートをしてまいります。定期的に店舗の視察を行うほか、オンラインでのミーティングなども行っていきます。
Here is a Q&A about KEN'S CAFE TOKYO's license partner agreement.
When you sign a license partner agreement, you'll purchase area license rights. The amount will vary depending on the country of agreement, so please contact our Licensing Partner Recruitment Desk for details. After that, you'll receive pre-opening training in Japan.
Only the companies that are already operating in the country where Ken`s cafe is planning to open a business or the companies that have local roots are eligible to apply. Both Japanese companies and local companies are welcomed.
No royalties are required as long as you purchase products from the Ken's Cafe Tokyo management headquarters.
The management headquarters will continue to provide support after the opening, including assistance with know-how and brand maintenance. We'll conduct periodic store inspections and hold online meetings as well.
